Job Overview

Job hlolder will be responsible for managing the company’s recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist promotes the company's brand through recruitment and supports in creating a positive work environment for all employees in alignment with the company’s vision. They will be responsible for an end-to-end recruitment cycle starting with assisting management in identifying recruitment needs inside the company and sourcing of candidates to onboarding successful hires. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills as part of the HR department which works closely with all departments

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels.
  • Managing interviewing and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact detail using the applicant tracking system.
  • Designing job descriptions and followed by drafting interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Forecasting quarter and annual hiring needs of each department.
  • Managing a healthy pipeline of industry-relevant candidates through fostering positive relationships with past applicants.
  • Conducting employee onboarding and helping plan and organize training and development.
  • Maintaining an updated employees’ using Human Resources Information System.
  • Assisting the HR Manager in administering the company’s compensation and benefit plans.
  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves management and resolution of issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form.

Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ Years of relevant experience in an HR Role with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
