At Oceans, we believe that talent knows no boundaries. That’s why we connect the best and brightest professionals with career-defining opportunities that challenge, inspire, and accelerate their career growth.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in translating business demand into a reliable, data-driven hiring pipeline. This role focuses on forecasting talent needs, attracting and screening high-quality candidates, strengthening hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience that supports Oceans’ growth without friction.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and a deep understanding of how hiring quality, speed, and cost influence business outcomes.
Your success as a Talent Acquisition Specialist will be measured by the accuracy and reliability of hiring forecasts, the strength of the talent pipeline, the quality of hires, and the experience delivered to candidates and stakeholders. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
You’ll collaborate closely with our TA leads and hiring managers, acting as a trusted evaluator and operational support partner. You will also work hand-in-hand with the Sales, Delivery, Training, TA-Marketing, and Integration teams to ensure hiring pipelines align with real business demand.
While working cross-functionally, this role reports to the Talent Acquisition leadership team.
At Oceans, we believe in T-shaped individuals—those who bring deep expertise in one area paired with broad curiosity across the business. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your vertical focus will be on building reliable hiring pipelines and delivering high-quality talent outcomes, while your horizontal focus will extend to understanding business economics, sales dynamics, training readiness, and long-term workforce strategy.
To excel in this role, you should have:
Diversity of experience is core to Oceans. You are expected to work inclusively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, ensuring that both personal and collective dignity are supported.
During the interview process, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in the following areas:
This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work with some overlap across client and internal team time zones. You will be expected to participate in in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us. During the offer process, we’ll share more information about benefits and compensation, considering both market trends and individual factors.
At Oceans, we build remote teams that connect the world’s top 1% of talent with visionary leaders. With us, you’re not just doing a job - you’re redefining your career with opportunities designed to unlock your potential. We welcome the chance to discuss the complementary parts of our business during your interview process and encourage questions about where we are and where we are going.
