We expect our Talent Acquisition Specialists to work closely with hiring managers to find great candidates. This role involves posting jobs, sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, and helping to schedule and prepare for interviews. The TAS provides a positive candidate experience and contributes to building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent.
