  • Proactively build passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool.
  • Joining the team bonding, team building and sharing activities.
  • 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition within IT and outsourcing environments, with hands-on exposure to sourcing technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong expertise in talent sourcing & employer branding across platforms such as LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, ITviec, Facebook, specialized IT communities, and niche talent groups.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to engage and influence candidates effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and mind-mapping tools (Xmind).
  • Demonstrated ability for self-learning, high adaptability, and strong internal motivation.
  • Possesses a “can-do” mindset, consistently taking initiative and ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple requisitions in parallel while maintaining quality.
  • Proactive, open-minded, and autonomous in approaching tasks and solving recruitment challenges.
  • High sense of responsibility, reliability, and professional ethics.
  • Strong teamwork spirit; supportive and collaborative with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong networking ability and relationship-building skills within the IT talent market.
  • Additional knowledge in digital marketing/PR that supports employer branding and recruitment campaigns (a plus).
