In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier Software Test Engineers and Cyber Security professionals for our organisation. You will play a crucial part in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in these technical domains.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled Software Test Engineers and Cyber Security professionals
  • Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing and cybersecurity
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build relationships and promote the company's employer brand
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process and candidate experience

 

 

 

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in IT recruitment, preferably in software testing or cybersecurity fields
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and cybersecurity principles
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the Dutch labour market and employment laws (desirable)
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, REC) is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
