Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment
  • Create and implement sourcing strategies to develop diverse candidate pools across the UKI and Europe.
  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct professional and inclusive interview processes, ensuring preparedness and efficiency.
  • Evaluate candidate skills and manage offer processes, including reference checks, salary guidance, and offer negotiations.
  • Provide market insights to refine recruitment priorities and align hiring strategies with business goals.
  • Enhance the hiring experience by fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Represent InterSystems as an employer of choice at local recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in UK
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Adaptability to support roles across a multicultural, dynamic business.
  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously while following established processes and procedures.

The role is based in Windsor, UK. This is a full time in office position.
