Mission

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring across both technical and non-technical roles. 

This is a high-impact role for an experienced recruiter who can own end-to-end hiring, partner with leadership, and build strong talent pipelines in a fast-scaling environment.

This is what you will be contributing to:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Operations roles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and improve time-to-hire
• Drive sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition strategy and strengthen the employer brand

Experience & skill set you need to succeed:

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition across tech and non-tech roles
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to source and close high-quality candidates for diverse roles
• Familiarity with ATS tools and modern recruiting platforms
