Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers to establish recruiting requirements aligned with organizational plans and objectives
  • Understand job descriptions, FitzMark culture, office environment, and the ideal candidate for each open position
  • Utilize comprehensive hiring platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. to publish job listings for open positions while practicing active sourcing strategies
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements with Hiring Managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
  • Screen potential sales candidates using industry-standard techniques and strategy while maintaining fair hiring practices
  • Leverage knowledge of the third-party logistics industry to provide candidates with job duties and responsibilities, organizational information, and benefits
  • Utilize internal Applicant Tracking System to progress candidates within the requisition pipeline
  • Act as the main point of contact to build and maintain rapport with candidates throughout the life cycle of the recruiting process
  • Meet regularly with Hiring Managers to arrange interviews, discuss hiring needs and candidate pipelines while maintaining objectives
  • Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the onboarding and training process
  • Continuously partner with Recruiting Team and Leadership to refine and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Experience and Qualifications
  • 1+ years as Sales Recruiter (full life cycle recruiting and sourcing)
  • 3PL or Logistics Industry Experience preferred
  • High school Diploma Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems
  • Familiarity with the third-party logistics industry preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Self-starter mentality with strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask while simultaneously building relationships
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
