Job Description

So, what will your new role look like?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Early Pipeline & Sourcing, you will play a critical role in building strong, qualified talent pipelines and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint to shortlist.

You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and act as a true recruitment expert in sourcing, screening, and early-stage evaluation. While you may progressively take ownership of 1–2 roles, your primary focus will be driving quality and velocity at the top of the funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Drive proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to build strong pipelines for key SaaS roles;
  • Support hiring primarily for SaaS roles across Engineering, Product, and Design (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Designer, Product Manager);
  • Manage early-stage pipelines end-to-end, ensuring healthy volume, quality, and momentum;
  • Own CV/resume screening to identify top profiles quickly and consistently;
  • Conduct structured phone screens to assess role fit, motivation, and core competencies;
  • Evaluate candidate skill sets against role requirements using consistent competency frameworks;
  • Partner closely with recruiters on active searches to accelerate shortlists and improve funnel conversion;
  • Maintain impeccable ATS hygiene and accurate tracking to support reporting and process clarity;

 

What does your future team look like?   

You’ll join a small, fast-moving Talent Acquisition team. You’ll partner closely with recruiters to strengthen the top of the funnel—building targeted pipelines, running market mapping, and keeping qualified talent ready for key SaaS roles across Engineering, Product, and Design.

You’ll help shape our market presence through proactive sourcing, sharp screening, clean process, and a strong candidate experience—driving healthier pipelines, faster shortlists, and better hiring decisions.

  • Scaling high-quality pipelines in competitive markets;
  • Increasing sourcing efficiency and response rates;
  • Maintaining strong hiring velocity without compromising quality;
  • Elevating screening rigor and competency evaluation;

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally in tech or SaaS;
  • Experience recruiting for SaaS roles such as Software Engineer, Product Designer, and Product Manager;
  • Strong market mapping and talent intelligence skills to build targeted sourcing strategies;
  • Strong experience sourcing using a CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and similar tools;
  • Experience conducting structured phone screens and early-stage competency assessments;
  • Experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse is a bonus);
  • Bilingual French and English;
  • High level of speed, rigour, and professional maturity;

 

 

Salary range: $80–95k CAD.
This range reflects our Canada-wide compensation scale. Final offers may be adjusted based on the candidate’s region to align with local market conditions.
