We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a contract basis to join our lean and nimble People team.
You'll work alongside our COO (and a fractional talent partner) to build a steady pipeline of amazing people, with a focus on customer-facing roles across Sales, Success, and Support.
Own full-cycle recruiting for key go-to-market roles
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and ideal profiles
Source, screen, and guide candidates through a seamless and personalized process
Help build and improve our recruiting infrastructure, tools, and workflows
Be a trusted ambassador of the Fulfil.io brand and culture
Understand the required skills and qualifications, anticipate the questions you may be asked, and study well-prepared answers using our sample responses.
