We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on the rewarding journey we’re taking here at Castle Trust Bank. As a fintech challenger bank, we provide specialist property mortgages, retail finance lending and savings accounts to a wide range of customers.
You’ll play a key role in delivering a best‑in‑class, end‑to‑end recruitment service across the Bank. This is a fantastic role for someone who wants real ownership, variety, and the chance to influence how we hire. You’ll lead your own portfolio of hiring campaigns across multiple business areas, ensuring we attract, select and onboard exceptional talent in a timely and cost‑effective way. You’ll also be a trusted partner to hiring managers, guiding them through every stage of the recruitment journey.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis: minimum of three days per week in our Basingstoke office with the remaining days worked from home. That said, if you prefer to work more days in the office, that’s equally fine!
What we’re looking for in you
You’ll bring proven 360‑recruitment experience across volume and specialist roles, with a track record of delivering end‑to‑end hiring campaigns in fast‑paced environments. Experience within financial services or a regulated industry is advantageous.
You’ll have strong direct sourcing skills (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), excellent creative writing ability for adverts and outreach campaigns, and confidence using AI and technology to streamline processes while keeping the human touch. Outstanding communication and stakeholder‑management skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple hiring campaigns at once.
Just as importantly, you’ll be proactive, curious and passionate about all things talent acquisition. You take pride in delivering exceptional service, stay calm under pressure, and enjoy solving problems with a positive, can‑do attitude. You’re collaborative but confident working independently and always looking for ways to improve processes and elevate the candidate and hiring‑manager experience.

Flowers & Co., initially offering investment products and specialist mortgage finance. J.C.
