Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at AvePoint, Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, enhancing our recruitment process, and understanding the unique needs of our various business units. This role involves liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and agencies, to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent that aligns with our company's goals and culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment initiatives for diverse talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with company leaders to forecast and plan key staffing initiatives.
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process across multiple business units.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and implement strategies to attract passive job seekers.
  • Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report key metrics to measure and predict staffing activity and budget.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness.
  • Cultivate relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and universities to build a talent pipeline.
  • Lead the creation of recruitment plans and events for open positions.
  • Participate in other HR and recruitment-related tasks and cross-functional projects as assigned.

  • Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods.
  • Excellent understanding of the different business units and their talent needs.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good decision-making skills with a sense of urgency.
  • Diploma or BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or relevant field.
