What You’re About

  • You are passionate about recruiting and thrive on the energy and challenges of full-cycle hiring. You know how to celebrate when you close a role!

  • You are an expert in sourcing, with experience recruiting across multiple roles and geographies.

  • Experience in GTM, Marketing, or Sales recruitment, especially in security companies - is a strong plus.

  • You are comfortable juggling multiple priorities, collaborating effectively with candidates, agencies, hiring managers, and colleagues.

  • You embrace learning and always ready to take on new opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • As our US based representative of the People team, you will also dedicate ~20% of your time to support additional cross organizational HR initiatives & Operations activities.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership as a trusted advisor to shape talent strategy and attract top-tier candidates for GTM and Marketing tea

  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

  • Source creatively and proactively, keeping candidate experience top of mind.

  • Own new recruiting initiatives that drive business growth and expand your skill set.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for Sales, GTM, or Marketing roles, ideally with exposure to global teams in a start-up. 
  • Excellent communicator, a strong collaborator, adaptable and able to build & manage relationships with stakeholders across functions and regions in a global team.

  • Experience with Greenhouse is a plus.
