About the Role
End-to-end recruitment for Sales, KAM, and bulk hiring roles. You will manage sourcing, screening, coordination, stakeholder management, and onboarding.
What You Will Do
Hire for Sales / KAM / bulk hiring positions at scale
Manage the full recruitment cycle and candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers and align on requirements
Use sourcing tools, job boards, referrals, and social platforms
Track hiring metrics, maintain dashboards, and meet SLAs
Ensure smooth process flow and stakeholder updates
What We’re Looking For
r4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically Sales / KAM / bulk hiring
Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment
Understanding of sourcing channels and selection methods
Experience with HRIS or recruitment tools
Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate
