We’re hiring a high-energy, detail-driven, people-savvy Outreach & Early Talent Programs Coordinator to own, grow, and elevate Monarch’s internship, apprenticeship, and outreach ecosystem across the country.
 
What You’ll Be Responsible For: 
 
This role is the operational backbone of Monarch’s early-career and skilled-trade hiring strategy. You’ll manage multiple national programs while serving as the central hub for outreach, recruiting events, and program performance.
 
You’ll Lead Monarch’s Talent Programs 
You will manage and continuously improve Monarch’s:
  • Property Management Internship Program 
  • Accounting Internship Program (rolling placements)
  • Corporate department internships 
  • Junior Maintenance Apprenticeship Program (up to 50 placements annually)
These are not paper programs; these are real pipelines feeding real jobs across Monarch with a goal to convert as many as possible to full-time regular employees!
 
You’ll Own Outreach & Events Nationwide 
You will serve as Monarch’s primary coordinator for:
  • Career fairs
  • Trade schools
  • Workforce development programs
  • Recruiting expos and community partnerships
That means:
  • Coaching Hiring Managers & recruiters on how to win at different types of events
  • Making sure Monarch’s brand, messaging, and materials are always event-ready
  • Managing and shipping Monarch’s nationwide recruiting kits so every team shows up prepared and professional
 
You’ll Help Hire the Talent You Attract 
You will actively support hiring for interns, apprentices, and outreach-driven roles by:
  • Building job search plans with hiring managers
  • Writing and customizing job postings
  • Sourcing candidates online and in person
  • Screening, interviewing, and presenting top candidates
  • Supporting onboarding and conducting 45-day follow-ups to ensure retention and success
 
You’ll Support the Talent Acquisition Team 
You’ll provide flexible coverage and support by:
  • Assisting recruiters during PTO or high-volume hiring periods
  • Managing incoming general applications
  • Monitoring online Job Ad accounts/campaigns
  • Supporting monthly hiring and recruiting reports
  • Assisting with special projects and analytics
