Join our growing Talent Acquisition team and take ownership of hiring for our brand-new Prague site.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, build relationships across teams, and find creative ways to attract exceptional people who will shape our local and global success.

What you’ll do

• Own the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing and interviewing to closing top candidates

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on hiring strategy

• Manage a seamless candidate experience, ensuring everyone leaves with a great impression

• Lead interviews, assess skills and motivations, and provide structured feedback

• Act as an ambassador of Similarweb’s culture and help build our employer brand in Prague

What you bring

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a multinational or fast-growing tech environment

• Strong sourcing skills and a creative mindset for finding the right people

• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills – with both candidates and managers

• Fluency in English and Czech

• Proactive, organized, and ready to take ownership of your roles
