Semperis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our established, growing recruiting team. This is an individual contributor role for a hands-on recruiter who can successfully recruit across Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) functions in a fast-paced, high-growth cybersecurity environment.
You’ll own searches end-to-end, partner closely with hiring managers, and play a meaningful role in helping scale teams across the business.
As part of the Semperis Recruiting team, you’ll support hiring across multiple functions globally, with a primary focus on GTM and G&A roles.
You will:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel) and G&A roles (Finance, Legal, HR, People Ops, Operations).
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring plans.
Source candidates directly using a mix of outbound outreach, inbound applicants, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Build and maintain pipelines of GTM and G&A talent through proactive outreach and ongoing relationship management.
Provide market insights and candidate feedback to hiring managers to support informed hiring decisions.
Contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows as the company continues to scale.
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with exposure to GTM and/or G&A hiring in SaaS, cybersecurity, or another high-growth technology environment.
Experience recruiting for roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, or similar business-critical functions.
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and candidate experience.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social platforms, and referrals.
AI Skills and tools experience with willingness to learn together as the team scales and improves processes
Organized, adaptable, and energized by a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift.
Hands on experience with Ashby and Brighthire preferred
