We are opening expressions of interest for future roles as we expand our Talent Acquisition team. If you are an experienced TA professional with a track record of hiring engineering talent in fast‑moving tech environments, we’d love to connect.

As a TA Partner, you will independently run end‑to‑end searches for R&D roles, partner closely with hiring teams, and use data to meet time‑to‑fill and quality goals. You’ll work to clear objectives, apply established hiring practices, and contribute pragmatic improvements that enhance speed, fairness, and candidate experience.

You’ll join a TA team that operates at a high bar, partnered with engaged hiring managers, using modern, AI‑powered recruitment tools. This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, velocity, and meaningful partnership - not just requisition administration.

What you’ll deliver: 

  • Own full‑cycle recruitment for R&D roles - from intake to offer - balancing pace, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience
  • Hands‑on, proactive sourcing across channels: direct search, boolean, talent mapping, communities, referrals, and creative engagement
  • Consultative partnership with Engineering hiring teams: align on success profiles, calibrate interviews, advise on market signals, and recommend next steps
  • Maintain a strong, structured hiring bar: apply inclusive, consistent evaluation and keep interview teams aligned to role requirements
  • Data‑driven updates on pipeline health, velocity, bottlenecks, and conversion metrics - holding yourself and hiring teams accountable to agreed targets
  • Orchestrate a seamless candidate journey from first touch through offer and handover to onboarding team
  • Contribute visibly to our talent brand by representing our engineering culture and EVP in every interaction

What you bring (must‑have)

  • 3–5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience for R&D roles (e.g., Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, QA, Platform, Engineering Management, Product Management, Product Design)
  • Proven success hiring in high‑growth tech environments (ideally SaaS or product‑led), delivering against time‑to‑fill and quality expectations
  • Ability to run multiple technical pipelines in parallel without compromising candidate quality or stakeholder partnership
  • Strong understanding of software engineering roles, terminology, and org structures — enabling credible conversations and informed guidance.
  • Advanced sourcing capability: boolean search, outbound engagement, talent mapping, and market research/insights
  • A consultative, partner‑first approach - able to influence through clear reasoning, evidence, and consistent follow‑through
  • Experience running structured, inclusive, high‑quality hiring processes end‑to‑end
  • Fluency with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters highly preferred)
  • Experience working across time zones in global, distributed organizations

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI‑enabled sourcing, screening, and scheduling tools; comfort piloting new features and providing feedback
  • Exposure to recruiting for multiple R&D sub‑domains (e.g., Platform/Infra, Data/ML, Security)
