Your day-to-day:
Sourcing and Headhunting: actively source, and headhunt candidates to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by yourself or in cooperation with the Talent Sourcers
Interviewing: conduct in-person interviews to assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and fit for the position
Organization: coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling and facilitating interviews together with hiring managers
Partnership: collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, and position specifications; provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and best practices
Offer Management: extend and manage job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company policies
Reference and Background Checks: conduct thorough reference and background checks to verify candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role
Data Management: maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate recruitment data, analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies
Innovation and Improvement: stay up-to-date with industry best practices and proactively implement new ideas and process improvements to enhance recruitment strategies
Employer Branding: promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Your skills & experience:
At least 2 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience and willingness to hire both commercial and tech roles
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and platforms used to source/identify candidates
Expertise in talent sourcing
Strong business acumen
Great communication and stakeholder management skills
A caring and supportive team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
Desire to stay abreast of market conditions and use data to inform decisions & a thirst for knowledge
Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills
Salary:
Gross salary 2500 - 3500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
