Your day-to-day:
  • Sourcing and Headhunting: actively source, and headhunt candidates to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by yourself or in cooperation with the Talent Sourcers; 
  • Interviewing: conduct in-person interviews to assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and fit for the position; 
  • Organization: coordinate the recruitment process, including scheduling and facilitating interviews together with hiring managers;
  • Partnership: collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, and position specifications; provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and best practices;
  • Offer Management: extend and manage job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with company policies;
  • Reference and Background Checks: conduct thorough reference and background checks to verify candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role;
  • Data Management: maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate recruitment data, analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies;
  • Innovation and Improvement: stay up-to-date with industry best practices and proactively implement new ideas and process improvements to enhance recruitment strategies;
  • Employer Branding: promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Your skills & experience:
  • At least 2 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience preferably a mix of agency & in-house;
  • Experience and willingness to hire both commercial and tech roles; 
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and platforms used to source/identify candidates;
  • Expertise in talent sourcing;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • A caring and supportive team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change;
  • Desire to stay abreast of market conditions and use data to inform decisions & a thirst for knowledge;
  • English and Lithuanian language skills.
  • Salary:
  • Gross salary 2700 - 4000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
