By leveraging your recruitment expertise, you’ll implement effective hiring strategies, collaborate on various initiatives and projects, and contribute to building a team that will drive BURGA’s continued growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Build strong connections with hiring managers and other stakeholders to make our hiring process work well together - Lead the full-cycle recruitment process - Stay up-to-date with market changes, salary benchmarks, and industry trends, providing strategic insights - Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and a personalized approach - Propose and implement new ideas to elevate and streamline the hiring process - Become an expert in utilizing our recruitment systems and channels - Contribute to Talent Acquisition and broader HR projects to support organizational goals WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced environment - Proven expertise in recruiting for high-level roles and managing relationships with leadership - Track record of successfully hiring across multiple countries - Stay up-to-date with market changes, salary benchmarks, and industry trends, providing strategic insights - Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills, using innovative and creative strategies - Native-level proficiency in Lithuanian and strong command of English - Ability to stay composed and effective in high-pressure situations - Sharp analytical mindset with a talent for solving complex challenges SALARY: 2100 - 3000 EUR/Month GROSS.
