To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, high-impact Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions, managing a high volume of roles while maintaining exceptional hiring quality and strong stakeholder partnerships.
You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, translating business priorities into effective hiring strategies, proactively building and nurturing strategic talent pipelines, and driving efficient, data-informed recruitment processes. In addition to operational excellence, you will contribute to continuously improving our hiring frameworks, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring a premium candidate experience.
This position can be based on-site, hybrid, or fully remote within Germany or in selected European countries where Shopware is registered.
End-to-End Talent Ownership:Own and drive full-cycle recruitment for complex and business-critical roles, ensuring high-quality, timely, and sustainable hiring decisions.
Proactive Market Mapping & Sourcing: Build long-term talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, competitor mapping, and targeted headhunting. Engage passive candidates through tailored outreach and compelling storytelling.
Stakeholder & Hiring Excellence: Coach and challenge hiring managers on role design, interview quality, bias mitigation, and market positioning. Elevate hiring standards through structured, data-driven selection processes.
Candidate Experience & Employer Value Proposition: Design and deliver a premium candidate journey aligned with our employer brand. Act as a brand ambassador.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Leverage recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, diversity metrics) to drive continuous optimization and inform leadership decisions.
Process & Framework Optimization: Continuously refine recruitment frameworks, interview methodologies, and tooling to improve scalability, predictability, and quality of hire.
Market Intelligence & Compensation Benchmarking: Provide insights on talent market trends, competitor activity, and compensation benchmarks to support strategic workforce decisions.
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within tech, e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth environments.
Proven track record of hiring for complex, business-critical, or niche roles across multiple functions.
Strong experience in active sourcing, talent mapping, and building pipelines ahead of demand.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a strategic sparring partner rather than purely an executional recruiter.
Experience working in fast-scaling environments with high ownership and ambiguity.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights.
Advanced proficiency in modern Talent Acquisition tools (ATS systems such as Recruitee (Tellent), LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, automation tools).
Fluency in English, Business German B2 or higher
