We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing People team, based in Warrington. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. This role will partner with a variety of stakeholders across some of our core functions including, Supply Chain, Operational Engineering, Operational Development & Strategy as well as Finance & Legal.

What you’ll do 

  • Collaborate with hiring teams and people team members to develop and deliver effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring diverse and balanced talent pipelines across all channels
  • Write compelling job adverts to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Act as an ambassador for Gousto's culture and Ownership Principles in all external interactions
  • Ensure best-in-class recruitment operations by adhering to processes and maintaining high data quality throughout the lifecycle
  • Champion an excellent candidate experience through thoughtful, timely and consistent communication
  • Conduct proactive sourcing and talent identification using LinkedIn and other tools 

Who You Are

  • An experienced full life-cycle recruiter with an interest in growing into more complex hiring
  • Previously experienced working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled or modern scale-up environments 
  • A partner to the teams you support, for this role we’re looking for Supply Chain, Operational Strategy & Engineering and Finance & Legal knowledge  
  • Committed to delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences, while considering recruiter workload and process efficiency
  • Skilled at working collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritising effectively in a changing environment
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems (ideally Smart Recruiters) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident in both in-person and virtual interactions
  • Curious and proactive about your own learning and career development
  • Able to connect recruitment activity with broader business context, adding value as a trusted advisor

Location

This role is based at our Warrington site. The working model is hybrid with an expectation of being on site 1 - 2 days per week.
