About The Role

We’re looking for a Strategic Talent Acquisitions Partner to lead recruiting efforts for our U.S.-based Go-To-Market (GTM) teams-including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations. In this role, you’ll be a hands-on recruiter and strategic advisor to business leaders, helping us attract top talent and scale our GTM organization for long-term success.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent to drive U.S. hiring strategy and process excellence, and partner with the Head of People Business Partners to ensure talent planning is aligned with team performance, engagement, and structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the U.S., from pipeline strategy to offer close.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue leaders to forecast headcount needs and build proactive, high-quality pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent to evolve our recruiting strategy, interview process, and candidate experience for U.S. GTM hiring.
  • Align closely with the Head of People Business Partners to ensure recruiting efforts reflect broader team needs, org design, and engagement trends.
  • Use talent market data and recruiting metrics to influence hiring plans and shape decision-making.
  • Train and support GTM hiring managers to strengthen interviewing, reduce bias, and close top talent.
  • Help drive U.S.-based employer branding efforts focused on GTM functions.
  • Support initiatives to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in commercial hiring.
  • Contribute to cross-functional talent projects related to GTM growth, onboarding, and strategic hiring campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS) in high-growth tech or startup environments
  • Deep expertise as a consultative business partner to leaders and hiring managers
  • Proven track record of hiring top-performing GTM talent across multiple geographies and seniority levels
  • Comfortable sourcing from scratch and building talent pipelines in competitive markets
  • Fluent in start-up pace, ambiguity, and constant iteration
  • Strong communication, influencing, and storytelling skills-you can drive alignment across stakeholders at all levels
  • Committed to equitable and inclusive hiring practices, and to building diverse teams by design
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter,
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Bonus Points

  • Experience recruiting in SaaS or tech-enabled environments.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Lattice or other ATS/HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. talent market for GTM roles.
