TLDR

Lead the end-to-end hiring process to build teams that support IONITY's growth in EV charging across Europe, with a focus on enhancing candidate experiences and recruitment strategies.

Your mission

As a Talent Acquisition Partner (f/m/x), you’ll be at the heart of building the teams that power IONITY’s growth across Europe. From shaping how we show up as an employer to finding and hiring the people who will drive the future of EV charging – you own the hiring journey end-to-end.
 
This role combines Talent Acquisition strategy with real execution: you’ll not only think about how we hire, but roll up your sleeves and make it happen. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, create a candidate experience people actually remember (for the right reasons), and constantly challenge how we hire – making it smarter, faster, and better as we scale.

Role Responsibilities
You take end-to-end ownership of hiring at IONITY – combining hands-on recruiting with smart process improvements and strong stakeholder partnership.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from job posting to signed contract.
  • Write and optimize job ads and keep our careers presence clear, engaging, and up to date.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, shape hiring strategies, and drive strong, data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure a fast, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Build strong pipelines, including proactive sourcing for key roles when needed.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working, using data and insights where helpful.
  • Support employer branding initiatives together with People & Culture and Marketing.
  • Help ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new joiner in collaboration with onboarding teams.

Your profile

  • You have meaningful experience in a comparable Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Role.
  • You’ve managed end-to-end hiring processes and enjoy taking ownership.
  • You’re hands-on, structured, and know how to get things done in a dynamic environment.
  • You’re confident working with stakeholders across all levels and know how to build strong relationships.
  • You’re comfortable hiring across different European markets and curious to adapt to local nuances.
  • Fluent English is a must; German or another European language is a plus.
Bonus points if you:
  • Bring HR knowledge or practical experience in at least one European country outside of Germany
  • Have experience working with Personio or similar HR/ATS systems.
