What You'll Do:
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM teams.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, performance expectations, and ideal talent profiles.
  • Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing talent in competitive markets.
  • Drive consistent, structured recruiting processes that support equitable and high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Manage candidate pipelines while ensuring a seamless, transparent, and engaging experience for all applicants.
  • Conduct initial screens, present qualified shortlists, and facilitate interview debriefs.
  • Advise leaders on market conditions, compensation trends, candidate availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Leverage data and insights to influence hiring strategies and optimize pipeline health.
  • Maintain ATS data integrity and support process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team.
  • What You'll Bring:
  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, supporting Sales and/or GTM functions in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive talent through multiple channels.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with hiring leaders and influence decision-making.
  • A passion for providing outstanding candidate experiences and maintaining Everbridge’s employer brand.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Lever preferred) and recruitment technology tools.
  • The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
