Are you a driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building strong partnerships? We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle hiring across multiple business units in the automotive services industry. In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with Operations to attract, engage, and hire top talent that keeps our business moving forward.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through senior management roles across multiple states, supporting both Service Center and Corporate positions.
  • Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, district managers, regional leaders, and operations teams—understanding workforce needs and delivering timely, effective hiring solutions.
  • Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain accurate, compliant candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Manage multiple priorities with urgency while maintaining high-quality hiring outcomes.

 

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred; production and/or manufacturing experience is also a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and ATS platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with HR, hiring managers, and cross-functional 
  • teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A customer-service approach with strong communication, professionalism, and accountability.
  • The ability to stay focused, adaptable, and results-driven in a high-volume setting.
