About the team

You’ll be part of Auctane’s global Talent Acquisition team, responsible for building the teams that power our products and operations around the world. Our Manila site is a key part of our global footprint.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Manila TA Lead and local business leaders to deliver high-quality, consistent hiring. The team operates with a consultative mindset, partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and execute efficient, candidate-friendly hiring processes.

You’ll also be connected to a broader global TA organization across the U.S. and Europe, sharing best practices, tools, and processes to ensure a consistent hiring experience across all regions. We move fast, rely on data, and focus on building scalable, always-on hiring engines that support the company’s growth.

What will you be doing?

Primary Objectives:

  • Build and manage active pipelines for high-volume and core Manila roles, ensuring consistent candidate flow.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting execution: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination.

  • Deliver a fast, consistent, and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner closely with the TA Lead and hiring managers to align on role priorities, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain accurate data in systems and track core recruiting metrics
  • Support local sourcing channels, job postings, and community outreach to strengthen Auctane’s presence in the Manila talent market.

What are we looking for?

  • 3–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in high-volume or operations environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles at once while maintaining speed, quality, and organization.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills, with the ability to identify qualified candidates efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
  • Detail-oriented with solid ATS hygiene and comfort working with recruiting data and metrics.
  • Collaborative, team-first mindset with a willingness to take direction from the TA Lead and support shared hiring goals.

Familiarity with the Manila talent market and local sourcing channels is a strong plus.
Experience recruiting for customer experience, operations, or support roles is preferred.
