As we continue to grow our UK footprint, the Talent Acquisition Partner will play a pivotal role in enabling that growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a scaling tech business at a formative stage, where pace is high, impact is visible, and every hire genuinely matters. This is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.   Working in a hybrid model from our Leeds office, you will partner closely with leaders across Technology, Product and Corporate functions to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. You’ll bring energy, structure and data-driven insight to recruitment, ensuring we attract top talent while delivering a candidate experience that reflects PEXA’s innovative, forward-thinking brand.   This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and takes pride in balancing speed with precision as we continue to scale. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers across Technology, Product and Business Support teams to define role requirements, success profiles and sourcing strategies
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment across a portfolio of roles, focusing on technology and product led positions, meeting SLA such as time to hire, cost of hire hiring within budgeted comp limits
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience that reflects PEXA’s brand and values
  • Provide proactive market insight and talent intelligence to inform workforce planning and support hiring decisions
  • Track, analyse and report on key hiring metrics including time to hire, time to fill, source effectiveness, cost etc
  • Ensure accurate and compliant recruitment data management within PEXA systems (Lever ATS)
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and future-facing roles
  • Manage and optimise external agency partnerships where required
  • Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with PEXA’s governance, risk and compliance framework
  • Provision of ad hoc data as required for reporting
  • Partner with PX BPs on future workplace planning to ensure readiness for hiring needs
  • Support hiring managers with training and guidance on effective interviewing techniques
  • Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter within a start-up or scale-up technology environment
  • Experience hiring for technology roles as part of a broader remit (not necessarily a specialist tech recruiter)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, challenge and build trusted relationships at multiple levels
  • Proven ability to operate at pace while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, with demonstrated experience embedding inclusive hiring practices
  • Able to provide examples of initiatives introduced to improve diversity outcomes (e.g. inclusive sourcing strategies, structured interviewing, diverse shortlists, bias mitigation, data tracking)
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent vacancies in a dynamic environment
  • Highly organised with excellent planning and prioritisation skills
  • Experience working in hybrid and cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
