Location: Manchester (3 days per week in the office)
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 (dependant on experience)
Contract: 12 -month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours a week

About the Role
As a Talent Officer, you’ll support end‑to‑end recruitment across the Grayce Development Programmes, working closely with candidates and internal teams to help meet hiring demand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’ll be central to providing an excellent candidate experience, supporting interview coordination, conducting interviews, and helping maintain a strong pipeline of early‑career talent.
