Manage difficult or resistant stakeholders with clear, transparent, and structured communication.
Set expectations early, keep stakeholders informed, and build trust through consistent updates and insights.
Contribute to cross-regional TA initiatives including employer branding, dashboard reporting, interview structure, and capability building.
Support the implementation and adoption of Workday and other TA systems; troubleshoot where needed.
Experiment with and embed AI-enabled improvements into sourcing, interview preparation, reporting, and recurring TA workflows.

5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing or multi-country environments.
Strong expertise with UK labor markets and local hiring nuances.
