The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to introduce structure and clarity where needed.
Own full-cycle hiring for Spanish portfolio companies across commercial, technical, operational, and leadership roles.
Develop recruitment strategies tailored to each company’s maturity, market conditions, and cultural context.
Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and support offer processes across phone, video, and in-person formats.
Use AI-powered sourcing, automation, and interview tools to increase speed, predictability, and candidate quality.
Build and maintain talent pools in Ashby and LinkedIn, with a focus on Spain’s SaaS, commercial, and technical talent markets.
Analyse hiring metrics (pipeline performance, time-to-hire, conversion ratios) to guide decisions and remove bottlenecks.
Act as a trusted hiring consultant to CEOs, founders, hiring managers, and HR partners.
Adapt communication to organisations with varying degrees of hiring maturity.
Manage challenging or resistant stakeholders through clear, structured, and data-based communication.
Provide consistent updates, expectation-setting, and insights throughout each hiring process.
Contribute to cross-regional initiatives including employer branding, dashboard reporting, interview structure, and capability building.
Support the implementation and adoption of Workday and other TA systems; troubleshoot issues when needed.
Identify and embed AI-driven improvements across sourcing, shortlisting, note-taking, and workflow automation.
Manage vendors, tools, and assessments to ensure efficient and cost-effective usage.
Introduce Everfield’s hiring approach to newly acquired companies and guide them through the transition.
Adapt processes to different organisational cultures while protecting quality and consistency.
Address common PMI challenges such as unclear role requirements, slow decision-making, or limited interviewer availability.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Spain or Southern European markets.
Strong understanding of Spanish labor markets, talent dynamics, and hiring norms.
Proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
High adaptability across different company cultures and stages of hiring maturity.
Strong project management skills and a data-oriented working style.

You use AI tools fluently to drive efficiency, accuracy, and overall throughput.
You leverage data to influence decisions, forecast hiring needs, and remove bottlenecks.
You adapt seamlessly to different organisational cultures and expectations.
You deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes while strengthening TA capability across the region.
Influence hiring standards across a growing ecosystem of software companies in Spain and beyond.
