We are looking for a passionate and innovative Talent Acquisition Lead who is excited about technology, curious about AI, and driven by connecting with people and has the knowledge of conducting a competency based interview.

In this role, you will be the key partner with our Technology departments , and bring fresh ideas to how we attract and engage top talent. More than filling roles, you’ll play a key part in promoting our culture, ensuring a human-centric hiring experience, and helping us grow with the right people on board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet Salla's standards and fit within our culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Act as an employer brand ambassador, promoting Salla's mission and values to potential candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for Technology roles.
  • Strong understanding of various recruiting platforms, tools, techniques, and ATS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
  • 3 years experience in full cycle recruitment in company or agency.
  • Keen attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Competency based interview skills.
  • Experience in making behavioural and situational interviews
  • Experience with AI-powered recruiting solutions.
  • degree in organisational psychology is a plus
