We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team in Kaunas, Lithuania and help us find talented people who will contribute to building the future of connectivity.

You will become part of a dynamic team responsible for hiring specialists across different areas of the business — from Sales and Engineering to Support and Backoffice. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how recruitment works in a fast-growing international technology company.

Teltonika’s Networking business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment such as routers, switches, gateways and modems. Our devices are used in some of the most advanced areas including Industry 4.0, Smart City and Green Energy solutions.

In this role, you will:

· Learn how recruitment processes work in a growing international company

· Support recruiters with candidate sourcing and talent search

· Conduct initial screening calls with candidates (mostly Sales roles)

· Help build candidate pipelines and talent pools

· Assist with candidate communication and interview coordination

· Gain hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools

Requirements

· Fluent Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)

· Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people

· Organized and proactive approach to work

· Curiosity and motivation to learn recruitment

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
