Role
Drive recruiting coordination efforts for the Wizz TA team
Manage candidate applications, responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members and Hiring Managers
Conduct pre-qualifications for specific positions
Monitor candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow-up in ATS
Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team
Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle
Profile
Available asap for a 3 to 6 months internship
A first experience in recruitment would be a +
Familiar with the fast-paced environment with big ambition
Great analytical and organizational skills
Curious and business-oriented
