What you'll be doing: 

• Scheduling and coordination: You’ll book candidates for interviews in our applicant tracking system, coordinating and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers; 

• Creative ways to source: You’ll explore unconventional channels and use a mix of tools and techniques to identify top candidates that others might miss;  

• Communicating with impact: You’ll figure out creative and brand-reflective ways to write and promote our vacancies, so that they get traction on social media 🤸 

• Screening applications: Learn how to prioritize and select the best candidates to prescreen! 

• Prescreening: Shadow our TA specialists with their candidate prescreens (until you dare to do those yourself!) 

• Collaborating across teams: You’ll work closely with your fellow talent acquisition colleagues and get to know other stakeholders cross-departmentally.
