As part of SumUp's strategic growth initiative, we are expanding our sales operations in Chile. To support our goals, we are looking for a TA Intern (Talent Acquisition Intern) to join our team for 6 months. You will be responsible for actively supporting the sourcing and recruiting efforts for our sales force, helping to build a strong candidate pipeline.
What you will do:
Actively support the sales force growth project, focusing on sourcing (active search) and pre-screening candidates.
Assist in the hiring process for sales executives, including posting jobs, screening CVs, conducting background checks, and coordinating interviews.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience by maintaining fluid and timely communication throughout the process.
Collaborate on employer branding and sourcing initiatives to increase the number of candidates in the process.
Maintain clear communication with the TA team and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
You will be perfect for this role if:
You have a strong interest in high-volume recruiting, ideally in sales/commercial areas.
You are a proactive, organized person with a strong desire to learn.
You are familiar with LinkedIn and/or interested in learning sourcing techniques (like Boolean searches).
You are adaptable and flexible enough to work in a fast-paced environment.
You have no problem coming to the office at least 4 times a week.
