In this dynamic position, you will work closely with HR Managers across various departments to identify their talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with HR Managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptions.
2. Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
3. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
5. Maintain and update recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
6. Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment strategies.
8. Participate in employer branding activities to promote Hireio, Inc. as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, Human Resources industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and HR Managers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
