We're hiring 1000+ sales reps across Europe by year-end, and as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be instrumental in reaching this ambitious goal. You Deliver at Scale: You thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environments and have a proven track record of making 15+ hires per month. You’re organised, detail-oriented, and know how to keep multiple roles moving without dropping the ball.
You Know How to Find (and Close) Sales Talent: You’re not just good at sourcing—you’re strategic. You build pipelines for hard-to-fill, high-demand roles and know your way around outbound techniques (Boolean, social sourcing, referrals). You’re confident pitching opportunities and know how to sell the role to great salespeople—because you speak their language.
You Solve and You Close: Whether it’s a tricky requirement, timeline pressure, or candidate negotiations—you keep momentum going. You remove blockers, negotiate smartly, and make it happen.
