We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to our business leaders, identifying and attracting top-tier talent to fuel AnyMind Group’s rapid expansion. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while actively contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence within the HR department.

What You'll Do

Identify future hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications to attract the right talent.
Collaborate closely with department managers to compile consistent and accurate requirements for open positions.
Attract suitable candidates proactively through various channels, including databases, online employment forums, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews, sorting through applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline.
Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure the best fit for the role and the company culture.
Manage the administrative aspects of recruitment, including completing necessary paperwork for new hires.
Champion the company’s reputation and employer brand, positioning AnyMind Group as a premier employment opportunity in the market.
Prepare and provide regular recruitment reports to team managers to track hiring progress and metrics.
Work autonomously within established procedures while seeking guidance on complex aspects of the process when necessary.
Contribute to a knowledge-sharing environment by providing guidance to colleagues and assisting in the training of junior team members.

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field of study.
Have 1-2 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
A dedicated human resources practitioner with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate, educate, and effectively connect with people regarding HR matters.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
