  Skydance Animation is looking for a Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition department. They will be primarily responsible for handling day-to-day logistics  including administrative support, interview scheduling, onboarding assistance, database maintenance, and additional organizational tasks. A successful candidate will be an enthusiastic collaborator, have excellent attention to detail and follow-through, the ability to handle multiple independent tasks, and a  high level of discretion. What’s more, this opportunity is seeking someone passionate about the animation industry and the distinctiveness that comes from supporting talent within it.  Responsibilities
  • Support and manage calendars for multiple Recruiters, including but not limited to scheduling and organizing phone screens, meetings, and interviews with internal and external contacts, distributing necessary information and documentation, providing video conferencing details, on-site interview support and room preparation
  • Promote exceptional candidate experience by offering professional, positive, and consistent line of communication with interviewees and internal hiring teams as primary contact
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and career portal including updating candidate information, reassigning positions, opening and closing jobs, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure internal system processes and data are kept clean and up to date, public postings are accurate, and regulatory requirements are met
  • Assist in preparation of information and materials for new employee hiring and onboarding
  • Maintain reports and tracking grids, prep and distribute as appropriate
  • Attend and assist with industry events and campus recruitment as a company representative
  • Support the development and coordination of internship and artistic apprenticeship programs
  • Coordinate executive and candidate travel including overnight and international accommodations, scheduling of events, dissemination of information to travelers
  • Collaborate with various internal teams including Production, Human Resources, and Artist Management 
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects 
  • Requirements
  • 2+ years administrative experience within Recruiting and/or Human Resources
  • Knowledge of recruitment procedures, experience in ATS & HRIS systems
  • Proficiency with MS Office & Google Suite; DocuSign, Lever, and Airtable a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through with highly nuanced and confidential information
  • Strategic thinker with proven experience balancing multiple projects and a strength for time-management
  • Effective and efficient communicator; ability to professionally interface through strong written and verbal correspondence with all levels of management, while addressing competing, urgent priorities
  • Proactive and resourceful team-player; ability to self-prioritize with sense of urgency
  • Familiarity with the animation pipeline a plus
  • The compensation for this exempt position in Los Angeles, CA is $26.45-28.85/hour.  The rate offered may vary based on the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience and relevant expertise, among other factors.  The range indicated is for base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation package, including bonus, benefits, etc.
