Talent Acquisition Coordinator

TLDR

Support high-volume hiring for Shutterfly's manufacturing workforce by managing scheduling, logistics, onboarding, and offer processing in a fast-paced environment.

This role is required to be onsite in our Fort Mill, SC office

Role Summary
Shutterfly is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support high-volume hiring for our manufacturing workforce by coordinating interviews end-to-end, managing candidate logistics, managing new employee onboarding, and supporting basic offer delivery.
This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong scheduling experience, and is committed to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
 
What You'll Do Here 
Manufacturing Recruiting Coordination (Primary)
  • Coordinate interview scheduling for manufacturing roles (hourly and salaried), including phone screens, onsite interviews, and panel interviews aligned to shift needs.
  • Manage frequent changes quickly (reschedules, cancellations, no-shows), keeping all stakeholders informed and processes moving.
  • Support onsite interview logistics as needed (room scheduling, check-in, interview-day coordination).
  • Manage New Employee onboarding tasks such as Background Check and Paperwork Completion
Basic Offer Processing
  • Coordinate offer steps for candidates from our onsite preferred staffing vendor. Work with Recruiters, Human Resource Managers, and Hiring Managers (offer details, start dates, process status).
  • Prepare, route, and track approvals; ensure offers are issued accurately and recorded in Jobvite and/or other systems.
  • Initiate and monitor new employee onboarding including background check completion, paperwork completion, and first day detail communication
Other Responsibilities
  • Provide backup support for executive interview scheduling, including partnering with Executive Assistants, hiring leaders, and recruiters to secure availability and ensure a high-touch, professional scheduling experience for executive candidates.
  • Support basic reporting and tracking as needed (interview volume, scheduling SLAs, cancellations/no-shows). 
The Skills You’ll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, TA operations, HR coordination, or interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience using an ATS—Jobvite experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong calendar management and scheduling skills (Google Calendar and/or Outlook), including multi-participant and panel scheduling.
  • Proven ability to deliver a strong candidate experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
It's helpful but not required to have:
  • Experience managing basic offer processes (offer letter creation, offer delivery, and onboarding coordination)
  • Experience providing scheduling support for executive-level searches or working with Executive Assistants.
