C3 AI is seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Redwood City. In this role, you are the face of the candidate experience and the engine behind our recruiting operations. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to navigate complex scheduling and ensure a seamless, world-class interview process.

We are looking for a collaborator who is diligent, humble, and relentlessly focused on results.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end interview lifecycle, using GoodTime.io to coordinate complex panel interviews and onsite visits between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain impeccable data integrity within Greenhouse, ensuring candidate records, stages, and communications are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a "signature" experience from initial contact to offer.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of recruiting initiatives, such as university events, and hiring sprints.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and external partners to keep the hiring machine running smoothly.
  • Generate accurate reports on pipeline health and candidate status to help the team make data-driven decisions.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, scheduling efficiency, and the overall candidate journey.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruiting Operations role.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and GoodTime.io (or similar automated scheduling tools) is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a mastery of professional email etiquette.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

$79,000$98,000 USD
