Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and thoughtful recruiting process through coordinating interviews, supporting sourcing efforts, and collaborating closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to deliver a high impact candidate experience. 

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will:

  • Manage candidate movement within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring clear communication and status tracking
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teammates to source and engage candidates across various platforms
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and a warm, professional experience
  • Set up new roles in our ATS and careers site, ensuring accurate and compelling job postings
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including onsite and virtual interviews, with precision and care
  • Support hiring initiatives and projects across tools, reporting, branding, event planning, and more
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices, particularly in our use of tools like Gem and Greenhouse

The ideal candidate has:

  • 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools: Greenhouse experience strongly preferred; Gem is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a passion for TA
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)

Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) is on a mission to discover, inspire, and train the great problem solvers of the next generation. Since 2003, we have trained hundreds of thousands of the country’s top students, including nearly all the members of the US International Math Olympiad team, through our online school, in-person academies, textbooks, and online learning systems. While our primary focus has been math for most of our history, through the years we have expanded our unique problem solving curriculum into more subjects, such as language arts, science, and computer science.
