What We Need

The Global TA Operations team is looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temporary 10-month contract. This individual contributor role is based in the 2K headquarters in Novato, requiring three days of in-office work per week.

As an established and productive professional, you will support 2K Games by focusing on setting objectives for your own job area to meet the goals of the recruitment process. You will work closely with in-house recruiters to ensure a seamless and positive interview experience for all candidates. This role typically requires minimal supervision, with managers consulted only on unusual matters.

What You Will Do:

  • Interview Management: Manage all aspects of on-site and virtual interview scheduling, including travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Collaborate with assigned recruiters to enhance the candidate experience through proactive scheduling and effective follow-up communication.
  • Administrative Support: Handle sensitive personal documents and assist candidates with the expense reimbursement process.
  • Systems Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for candidate inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the Greenhouse ATS.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, hiring managers, and recruiting groups to streamline global recruitment efforts.
  • Project Assistance: Address support requests, escalating to management as necessary, and assist with additional operations and research projects as assigned.

What Will Make You A Great Fit

  • Up to 2 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, including senior management and executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar Google Suite applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in building relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity or experience with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $31 and $35 per hour. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
