Your Role:

The Recruitment Consultant is an open-ended contract. The team member will provide talent sourcing support for lifestyle and private support roles, requiring prior experience hiring Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants and household staff to meet ongoing hiring needs.

All consultants are expected to meet the following KPIs each month:

  • Candidates Sourced & Outreached: 250 Per Week
  • LinkedIn InMail Response Rate: 20%
  • TA Screens Per Week: 20 (30 Minutes Per Interview/10 Hours Per Week)
  • New Active Candidates Per Week (Post TA Screen): 5

What You Have:

  • Proven experience recruiting and building talent pipelines for lifestyle roles including EA's, PA's and other household positions
  • Confidence in your ability to create sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings
  • Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across various business functions
  • Experience passively sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
  • Ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented, and effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency 
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

What We Offer:

The hourly rate for this position is $35-$55 per hour and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location.

Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
