About the team
You will join our People team, consisting of HRBP professionals, PeopleOps Specialists and TA business partners. Besides, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers across all departments.
You'll also work cross-functionally with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, acting as the internal voice of the Talent Acquisition user to ensure our platform remains market-leading.

What you will be doing
End-to-End recruitment: own the full recruitment lifecycle for a dedicated portfolio of roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.
Process optimization: analyze, design, and implement improved, automated Talent Acquisition workflows, utilizing our platform's capabilities to drive efficiency and candidate experience.
Stakeholder training & enablement: develop and deliver engaging training and documentation for hiring managers on interviewing best practices, compliance, and effective use of the ATS.
Product SME & feedback loop: act as the primary internal consultant, gathering detailed, real-world user feedback on our TA tooling. Present insights, pain points, and opportunities to Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to influence development priorities and market messaging.
Data-Driven reporting: track key TA metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, source of hire, retention rate) and leverage data from our platform to drive strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
Employer branding: collaborate with Marketing to promote our employee value proposition and create compelling job descriptions and career site content.
What you’ll bring
Extensive experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS/Tech environment.
Deep practical experience with an ATS/Recruitment CRM; you understand how to configure and leverage these tools for maximum efficiency.
Proven track record of owning and successfully closing complex and high-volume roles.
Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to influence and train senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset and comfort with using recruitment data to inform strategy and identify workflow improvements.
Fluency in English (required). Dutch is an advantage.
Curiosity and initiative: A genuine passion for technology and a proactive desire to contribute to product improvement beyond your core recruitment duties.
