The Talent Acquisition Associate will manage end-to-end hiring processes for the Player Engagement service line, focusing on recruiting talent for player support operations. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring strong stakeholder management and delivering basic recruitment reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of building positive relationships with hiring teams to meet staffing goals efficiently.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Player Engagement roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to attract qualified candidates for player support operations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare and maintain basic recruitment reports and dashboards for tracking progress and metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in BPO or gaming industry.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or othe basic reporting tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
