Are you passionate about talent acquisition and eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment? Abstrabit is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to support our growing team and help us find the best talent in the AI tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and following up with candidates.
Draft and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms and social media.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
0-6 months of experience or internship in recruitment/HR.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) is a plus.
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
Only candidates who have completed their graduation and can commit to a full-day work schedule will be eligible.
