While you will work closely with LinkedIn teams and represent the LinkedIn brand in the Republic of Korea, your official employer will be Deel, acting as LinkedIn’s Employer of Record in the Republic of Korea for this role.   

As the Enterprise Account Director, you will partner closely with LinkedIn's largest customers in Korea to expand our footprint by aligning LinkedIn’s diverse portfolio of professional solutions with their complex requirements and be dedicated to making our customers stronger, seeking out opportunities for growth.  

You will conduct Executive-level commercial discussions related to the renewal and expansion of LinkedIn Talent Solutions (Hiring, Insights, Learning) products and solutions. In order to ensure our customers generate the highest return on their investment, you will ensure that the solutions are being utilized effectively in region and, ultimately, will provide compelling recommendations for additional investments and renewals in LinkedIn. This is a highly collaborative role requiring a passion for building strong and lasting relationships which allow our largest customers to be, and feel, successful with LinkedIn products and solutions. Although you strive to meet and exceed quota, you will always act in the best interest of the customer. 

 You will be instrumental in driving the overall success of our Talent and Learning Solutions in the Republic of Korea.  

The book of existing accounts you will manage range from large multi-nationals that operate with a global footprint, to start ups that are hiring fast for their growth. Your ability to navigate the internal network of organisations of all shapes and sizes will be instrumental to your success in this role. As the key account director, you are responsible for the growth, partnership and direction of the book of business while being the face of LinkedIn on the ground   

 

What You’ll Do:   

  • Manage renewals of SaaS based products for LinkedIn Talent solutions managing upwards of 12 contracts per quarter  
  • Prepare & deliver key customer moments and meetings across multiple levels int he organisation with astute understanding of customer’s business through deep discovery, thoughtful questions and research such as annual reports, articles and insights.   
  • Asks layered, open-ended questions to understand and clarify Customer’s objectives and challenges beyond surface-level detail.  
  • Drives Customer growth by proactively identifying opportunities to deliver greater customer value and showcase ROI 
  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects & existing clients  
  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status   
  • Close new & existing business consistently at or above quota level   
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information    
  • Invest in colleagues and yourself while and giving and receiving coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement    
  • Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team   

What Success Looks Like:    

  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams   
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge  
  • Open doors for and builds relationships with multiple stakeholders (vertically and horizontally) – CHRO, business leaders, CTO, CIO, AI leaders etc. across the Customer’s organization.   
  • Stakeholder mapping to identify decision makers, process owners (example, IT team, Procurement etc.) and influencers and ability to reach out to multiple stakeholder group 
  • Leads with Solutions, not products, when making recommendations aligned to Customer objectives.  
  • Drives customer decision making by achieving shared vision and proactively considering the value propositions that tie all stakeholders together.  
  • Thinks commercially and applies business acumen when crafting & negotiating commercial agreements.  
  • Uses data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections.  
  • Engages customers throughout the deal cycle and post to confirm and clarify value and adapts strategy when needed to optimize ROI. 
  • Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives   

Basic Qualifications:   

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role  
  • Fluency in English and Korean required due to local market needs  

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Experience selling to Korea Conglomerates/Enterprise customers 
  • Experience selling HR solutions/SaaS solutions 
  • Multi-thread and find new business opportunities within existing accounts 
  • Find and manage high-level business in an evangelistic sale environment  
  • Gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others  
  • Include multiple partners and members of the company management team using competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors  
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and forecasting skills 
  • Experience with Recruiting/HR software   
  • Experience with SaaS opportunities
